Network Design & Implementation
Our process begins with understanding; our team of network professionals meets with your organization to gain valuable perspective of both existing and future needs. We then present you with a findings and recommendations document outlining the overall architected solution, including hardware and software configurations, and network diagrams. Because of our knowledge and experience this initial phase can be accomplished rather quickly, in 3 meetings or less.
Next we move into to implementation. We begin by purchasing the necessary hardware and software that will best accommodate the newly crafted solution. NCT can facilitate this process with our own in-house software and hardware sources or we can oversee and assist with the purchase from your own preferred vendors. After purchasing is complete, we then create an implementation schedule, which minimize your downtime. Once the actual implementation begins, our engineers work non-stop until the job is complete – working after hours if need be. Our commitment extends behind the build, as our team remains on-site days after the implementation to ensure that the transition is smooth, while also providing support and guidance to administrators and end users alike.
